Yes. We are a design-build studio, so the same team carries your project from the first sketch and material direction through to the final styling. You can also bring your own designer or architect, and we will build alongside them.
Every home is different, so we give you a clear fixed scope after the first walkthrough. As a guide, kitchens and baths usually run 8 to 14 weeks, and whole-home renovations 4 to 9 months. You will always know the number and the timeline before we begin.
We lead visual direction on most of our projects, from palettes and materials to fixtures and the finishing details. If you have a designer already, we collaborate happily.
Often. We help agents prepare homes for market with renovations that lift value and shorten time on market, and we provide before-and-after photography you are welcome to use in your listings.
